Our General meetings cover a wide range of subjects. Typically, such a meeting will involve some PCS business or the distribution of information
concerning up-coming meetings and other opportunities in the local community.
As warranted, there will be discussion regarding the latest computer security threats, new products and other items of interest to the membership.
Often some of our members give presentations about subjects in which they have some specialized knowledge. For example, Phil Ball's Windows Tips 'n'
Tricks is a constant crowd pleaser.
Recently, we have had other members give talks and demonstrations about backup techniques, GPS equipment and virus and spyware removal. While some of these speakers obviously have their business interests in mind, their presentations are related to our mission and our members often receive significant discounts should they wish to purchase the products.
