Special Interest Groups

SIG stands for "Special Interest Group." It is not a formal class, but simply a group of individuals with an interest in some particular application of personal computers who get together to share their collective skills and knowledge. Typically the presenters will go into a specific subject in much greater depth than can be achieved at our General meetings.

The SIGs that are listed here may be either active or inactive, depending on the current interest level of our members. Inactive SIGs are only temporarily that way. When sufficient interest develops in a particular topic, they are often re-activated. And any new SIG can be started if there are least several people who want to get together regularly to learn more in an area of mutual interest.
